| Funny story. . . For our celebration, Granna passed out champagne for the adults and sparkling cider for the girls. Right after I took this photo, Abby took a huge sip of her cider and looked panicked!! Her cheeks were like chipmunks and she ran one way and then another direction, but was trapped between the couch and coffee table. Tim realized she was looking for a place to spit out the cider so he swooped her up and took off toward the kitchen. Turns out she'd never had a carbonated beverage and she thought it was "spicy"! We laughed for 30 minutes, thinking about her wild-eyed full-cheeked expression and that little pony-tail bouncing up and down as she ran around the furniture, trying to politely empty her mouth of that spicy stuff. Sweet silly girl! |
