Granna visits First Grade!!

September was Grandparents Month at Ellie's school, so as a special treat, Granna visited Ellie's class for a tea party!

Abby was super excited about seeing Ellie's "big school" and helping pass out the fun tea pot cookies!



And our big first grader was ecstatic about Granna's visit!



As they nibbled on the teapot cookies & juice pouches, Granna read "Steampotville" to the class.  It was a whimsical story about 'steam pots' (what teapots are called in England).  The class loved it! 

After the book, Granna asked Ellie to hand out a sweet little surprise -- teapot shaped crayons for each student.

Thank you so much Granna for the fun class tea party!!  Ellie loved it!  And so did the rest of her precious class.  What a blessing to have such special grandparents!
