King Cake!!

Uncle Alvin was so sweet to bring a delicious King Cake straight from New Orleans for Ellie to share with her class as a special treat! It was strawberry & cream cheese -- totally yummy.
Ellie was so excited carrying it into her classroom this morning. Her friend William found the baby in his slice, much to his delight. On our way home from school Ellie said, "Mommy, the king cake was a HIT with my friends. They loved it!" Such fun!!
